Talentedacts.com exists to bring professional entertainers directly in touch with members of the public or agents looking to book artists for functions, public houses, private events, corporate events or members clubs.

This site is provided as a directory service to the public. TalentedActs.com makes no warranties implied or otherwise with respect to any entertainers/artists featured on this site.

TalentedActs.com is NOT an entertainment agency and will not get involved with bookings between entertainers and venues/bookers.

Any enquires submitted via this site will be sent directly to the entertainer concerned. Feedback on acts will be sent to TalentedActs.com.

Any private information submitted to this site such as email addresses will be kept strictly confidential.

1. Conditions Of Use Bookers And Agents

1. While Talented acts will not get involved directly with agreements or disputes between listed artistes and bookers, we ask you to resepct the fact that many of the entertainers on the site are professionals and performing is their livlihood, therefore we ask you to be 100% sure your event will take place before booking any artiste via this site.
   
   
2. We will recommend that all acts ask bookers to sign a standard entertainment contract made available on this site which covers both you and the act. Be aware that entertainment contracts are legally binding once signed and have cancellation clauses like most other contracts.
   
   
3. Within the entertainers members area we WILL provide information on legal assistance for acts should they need to persue legal action for any contract which is not honoured.
   
   
4. We reserve the right to publish a black list of names or venues within the entertainers members area in cases where venues or individuals do not honor booking contracts.

2. Conditions Of Use Entertainers

1. Entertainers will not in any way mislead bookers, agents or the general public by posting inaccurate information on this site.
   
   
2. Entertainers accept by using this site that Talented Acts or its employees will not get involved in any way with bookings or disagreements regarding agreemanets made via our service.
   
   
3. All information and or demo materials MUST be up to date including but not limited to Videos, Mp3 Demos, Photographs and posters. Any Mp3 or video demos of your act should be recent not 4 years old. Your demo materials should give an accurate reflection of your current performance levels and skills.
   
   
4. Talented acts expects entertainers to acts in a professional manner at all times. Should we receive repeated complaints about any entertainer listed on this site whether it be for not turning up for gigs or any other unprofessional conduct we reserve the right to remove that entertainers profile and access to the members area.
   
   
5. Entertainers accept all responsibilty for uploaded demo materials and any copyright complaints arising from such uploads. Should we receive copyright complaints regarding any demo material said materials will be removed pending a full investigation.

Billing Terms Of Service

Without exception payment for any service at talentedacts.com will be made in advance and all payments are non refundable.

1. Listing Fees
   
   All entertainer listing fees are paid via paypal subscription. Should you cancel your subscription to this service your profile and your access to the entertainers admin area will be removed within 48 hours even if you have time remaining on your subscription. If you do not wish to renew your listing we recommend waiting until as near the end of your subscription as you can before cancelling.
   
   
2. File Hosting Fees
   
   Fees for our mp3 file hosting service are paid via paypal subscription. Should you cancel your subscription to this service your mp3's will be removed at the end of your billing period. Should this be the case we will insist that youedit your profile and remove the mp3 demo links so that there are no broken links for potential bookers within your profile.
   
   
3. Access To The Direct Booking Venues Directory
   
   Fees for access to the directory of venues that book direct are paid via paypal subscription. Should you cancel your subscription to this service your access to the directory will be removed at the end of your billing period.
   
   
4. Third Party Services
   
   Fees and billing terms for third party services offered to bookers or entertainers via this site will be subject to the billing terms ofr the party providing the service. Talented acts or its employees will not get involved with billing or service disputes from third party providers. You may however let us know of any problems. Should we get repeated complaints the service will be removed from our site.
   
   

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about a venue, booker, entertainer or third party service please submit it to our support staff here.  As a rule we operate a slightly different procedure for different types of complaints broken down as follows:

1. Complaints About Bookers, Agents Or Venues
   
   Any complaints from artistes regarding non fulfilment of contract will be immediately posted to the entertainers area on a blacklist page giving full details of the claimed breach of contract. This will be provided as an information only service to registered entertainers so they can make their own decision on whether to accept bookings from the offending venue, agent or booker.
   
   
2. Complaints About Artistes
   
   Whether this be for unprofessional conduct or breech of contract we generally operate a three strikes policy to allow for personality clashes. Any act found to be unreliable or repeatedly acting in an unprofessional manner will have their profile and access to the site removed.
   
   
3. Complaints About Third Party Services
   
   Again we offer a three strikes and you are out policy here. Should any complains be received about a particular product or service advertised on this site they will be logged, after three complains we will contact the service provider to investigate the complaints further and make a decision on whether or not to remove the product or service from our site.
   
   
   
   

Please note that when you complain via support ticket your IP address will be logged excessive complaints from one Ip address under different names will be ignored.
